Guidelines for AFTER HOURS care

  1. For all routine questions, refills, appointments, etc, please call the office during REGULAR business hours!  You can also request refills, make an appointment, or send NON-urgent questions to your provider through your PATIENT PORTAL
  2. For medical questions that cannot wait until our office reopens, you can call a Registered Nurse at the Privia Care Advice Line at: 877-977-4842.
  3. You can request a virtual visit 24 hours a day with a Privia Provider.  Use this website link below to get started:

  1. For EMERGENCY questions or issues where you MUST speak to a provider from our office, please reach us through our pager at  410-821-3209:
  • a. dial 410-821-3209
  • b. when you hear a series of beeps, enter YOUR callback number, and then the “#” key
  • c. you will hear another series of beeps when the page goes through
  • d. please give our providers up to 1 hour to call back
  • e. if you do not get a call back, you may have entered your callback number incorrectly, so please just page us again
  • f. for all medical emergencies, please dial 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Department!!
