As we enter July, there are several updates to our office hours/policies that we would like to make you aware of. These will also be posted to our website under “News & Announcements”. Please read these updates carefully and write them down if needed. Happy summer!!
New Office Hours:
MONDAY: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
TUESDAY: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
WEDNESDAY: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
THURSDAY: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
FRIDAY: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
LabCorp Hours:

Office Mask Policy:
Please remember that our office mask policy has NOT changed! Any patient entering our office needs to have a mask ON and keep it ON at all times!! We are a healthcare facility, and the safety of our staff and patients is of the utmost importance! With the new Delta variant of COVID, we must still be vigilant in preventing the spread of this deadly virus. Also, the vaccine prevents you from getting very sick from COVID but does NOT guarantee that you cannot get the virus!
After-hours Pager:
Please remember that our after-hours pager is intended for urgent and emergency issues ONLY!! Please save any routine or administrative calls for regular office hours. Also, please remember that our patient portal is available 24 hours a day for any non-urgent issues. Please allow 24-48 hours for our providers to respond to portal messages. Medication refills can also be requested through the portal! Below is the procedure for calling our after-hours pager:
- Dial 410-821-3209
- You will hear a series of beeps
- Enter your CALLBACK number, area code and phone number
- Hit the “#” button when done
- You will hear another series of beeps telling you that your page went through
